Lance Higgerson
Photographer and aviation enthusiast
Lance is a retired RAAF Officer who served with Maritime Patrol and Air Lift Group squadrons. He is a former intelligence, security, photographic officer and communications specialist.
Lance served abroad in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Malaysia and was involved in other overseas deployments.
Lance's interest in aviation is long-standing and encompasses military, commercial and general flying. For many years he has been keen on amalgamating his other interest - photography - with aviation and enjoys the challenge of aircraft photography.
Lance spends hours walking around Bankstown, Hoxton Park and Camden airports looking for new or different aircraft to photograph. He is one of our most enthusiastic contributors.
Lance has a serious competitive spirit and he works hard to have more photographs in each issue of AERO Australia than his mate Robert Wiseman.
